St. George's serves the wider community in several ways:
- We run a satellite depot in North East Calgary on behalf of the Calgary Food Bank with the assistance of some dedicated community volunteers
- We make targeted donations to other charitable organizations to serve the poor and those in need (i.e. the Calgary Interfaith Food Bank, the Veterans' Food Bank, Anglican Churches recovering from disaster, Alongside Hope formerly PWRDF)
- We offer emotional and spiritual support to Christians immigrants and refugees.
